Greetings from Mr. Chamberlain!

The intent for this year is to break up the VEX IQ season into a Fall and Spring Season. The Fall season will be available to all who would like to attend and get familiar with VEX and it’s coding processes. We will be meeting every Tuesday and Thursday during the month of October starting October 5th and running through October 28th. The time will be 2:40- 3:35 p.m. The students will be released at 3:35 p.m. and must be picked up by 3:40 p.m. Appropriate behavior and attendance is required to keep participating in the club. Students must not miss two or more days unless quarantined. If your child can not attend this month, please have them contact me via email about how to get ready for the Spring season.

The Spring season will involve the competitive side of VEX IQ and will require trying out for spots on the team. The intent is to compete at events. This will require four days a week, Monday through Thursday, 2:40 p.m.-3:30 p.m. The cost of participating and location of competitions are still TBD.
