AFTER-SCHOOL TUTORING

Honor Society is offering after-school tutoring again this year.  It will take place in the high school library from 2:45-3:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  (If no students come for help, our tutors leave at 3:00).   

Students must come with a specific need like needing help with math homework, learning vocabulary, etc. and be able to communicate that need with the tutor.

The middle school tennis banquet will be in Mrs. Layden’s room TODAY during lunch/homeroom. 

 

LOCKER DECORATIONS

Locker decorations need to be removed/placed inside your locker by the end of TODAY. Any decorations remaining at the end of the day will be disposed of.

Exception: Cheerleaders may leave decorations up as they will be cheering for winter sports as well.

The middle school tennis banquet will be in Mrs. Layden’s room tomorrow, Friday, October 13 during lunch/homeroom.

 

BOYS BASKETBALL

FALL DOUBLE FEATURE

Saturday, October 28TH the middle school cheerleaders will be hosting movie night in the MS/HS cafeteria! The doors will open at 5 p.m. for a double feature - Hocus Pocus and Halloweentown. Tickets will be $5 in the school office, and $7 at the door. Wear your fall or Halloween pajamas and bring your pillow and blanket for a fun and relaxing family night. There will also be treats available for purchase.

CROSS COUNTRY

The Middle School cross country team ran a great race last night at the City-County.  Congratulations to Ashley Newell, Katelyn Saul, Sally Freeman, and Matthew Mitchell on getting new Personal Best times.  Great Season Tigers!

 

 

VOLLEYBALL CITY COUNTY CHAMPIONSHIP 

7th NW defeated Kokomo 2-0     (25-12, 25-11) Overall record 13-2

8th NW defeated Kokomo 2-0     (25-19, 25-13) Overall record 12-3

First practice is Monday, November 27.

First game is Friday January 12.

There is one practice and one game per week.
